Side Hustle Graphic Design Portfolio project 3- Album cover and music artworks

Introduction

The bootcamp has been going on well. Though the projects given were challenging to some of us, in the aspect that we have to think, make some research, learn new things to come out with a good design. Also the team members has been co-operative. Those that knows better were ready to teach those who are still learning. Our Week three project was to design an Album cover for our favorite artist's new release and at least 5 different artworks for publicity, the artworks should include a concert flyer.

How the project was carried out.

As human beings, we all have different things as our favorites. So having 10 people come up with a single favorite artist won't be easy. So we decide to suggest artist that we can make designs for. Three artist were suggested which are: Tiwa, Kizz Daniel and Simi. A poll was created to vote and Kizz Daniel has the highest vote. I believed the reason why he was chosen is because of one of his latest release "BUGA". After we picked an artiste, we then decided to start designing, each person is to make a design even though it is not everyone that submitted their designs with no reasons given. Necessary corrections and adjustments were made for the designs submitted.
